Eau Claire is served by Greyhound. (http://www.greyhound.com/...) The bus "terminal" is located inside a McDonalds restaurant at the far outskirts of town at 6251 Truax Lane, so you will need to hire a taxi from there to your accommodations unless you feel like walking 7 mi to downtown.
